With the goal of resource conservation and comprehensive utilization of resources, management innovation as a means, and technological innovation as a support, we will actively promote the development of circular economy.
1. Non-fluorinated alternative to combined polyethers
We have carried out development research on the elimination of ODS in foaming agents within the industry, achieved the elimination of ODS in foaming agents, and laid a technical foundation for fulfilling the obligations of the Montreal Protocol.
2. Research and development of bio-based polyether
Bio-oil is made into bio-based polyols for rigid polyurethane foam, allowing bio-oil and other vegetable oils to replace non-renewable resources such as propylene oxide and recycling, with a replacement rate of more than 30%.
3. Promotion of “Three Low and One Fast” combination polyether
The development and application of "three low and one fast" (i.e. low K value, low density, low index type and fast demoulding) polyether combination has played an important role in improving foam insulation performance and customer production efficiency, and reducing resource consumption.
4. Implement water-saving projects
Establish and improve a three-level water-saving management network; fully implement planned water use in accordance with the principle of combining total volume control and water quotas; fully implement sewage cleaning and diversion in accordance with the principle of "reusing sewage, one water for multiple uses"; in accordance with the principle of rational allocation , build multi-stage linkage cold water devices; in accordance with the requirement of starting bit by bit, vigorously promote the application of water-saving appliances.
