1. Safety and environmental protection

Adhering to the safety policy of "safety first, prevention first, full participation, comprehensive management" and the environmental policy of "continuously improving the environment and creating a green home", the company adheres to the strategic direction of sustainable development, based on the HSE management system, to ensure product quality, ensure safe production, prevent and control environmental pollution and other public hazards, protect personal health, and enable harmonious development of society, ecology, and economy.

2. Promote safety standardized management

The company began to introduce a safety standardized management model in 2010 and became a second-level safety standardized enterprise in 2011. So far, no production safety accidents involving serious injuries or deaths have occurred.

3. Promotion of lean production management

On the basis of 5S, we will continue to build a lean production management model in depth, starting from on-site visualization, gradually improving, cultivating employees' ability to find problems and optimizing the site, combined with safety and environmental protection requirements, continue to promote and improve the level of intrinsic safety management.

4. PSM (process safety management) promotion

In order to further improve the safety management level of chemical production processes, safety standardization is used as a carrier to carry out more detailed and in-depth risk identification and control. Promote local management and involve all employees, and completely change employees’ concepts: changing “safety is the safety officer’s business” and “safety management is the safety management department’s business” to “safety is my business” and “safety management is every manager’s business” matter".

5. Risk classification management and control and hidden danger investigation and management

In order to ensure the company's safe production and reflect that "management at all levels are directly responsible for safety within their jurisdiction", the president leads a team to inspect safety and environmental protection work from time to time; the Safety and Environmental Protection Department conducts safety and environmental protection inspections on each subsidiary every month to find unsafe factors and behaviors, and propose rectification measures and deadlines; organize experts to conduct comprehensive inspections of each subsidiary every quarter, conduct hierarchical risk management and control, and promote in-depth risk hierarchical management and control and hidden danger investigation and management.

6. Fire sports meeting and emergency plan drill

In June 2022, the group company organized and carried out the 27th Fire Games and Emergency Plan Drills. In this games, the research institute and the new material company competed respectively. A total of four competition events were set up: "Fire Extinguisher", "Fire Extinguisher" "Connect the hose to the water outlet", "Extinguish the fire with a fire blanket" and "Wear an air respirator". Although the weather was sultry and hot, it could not stop the employees' enthusiasm for the competition. The old employees took the lead, and the young employees were not willing to lag behind, competing to see who was faster and who was better.
